How to Take Screenshot on iPhone

There are moments that you might want to take screenshots of the text messages or other interesting things that displayed on your newly bought iPhone. If you have no idea how to take screenshots on iPhone, take it easy, you can learn everything you need in this article.


Method 1: Use the “Sleep/Wake” and “Home” buttons to take a screenshot

1.Press the “Sleep/Wake” and “Home” button at the same time shortly. Don’t hold the buttons for too long otherwise your iPhone will be forced to restart.

2.When you press the two buttons at the same time, you will hear a faint shutter noise assuming your device isn’t in silent mode. Then you can find the screenshot in “Photos”.


Method 2: Use Assistive Touch to take a screenshot

1.Go to “Settings”>”General

2.Select “Accessibility”>”Assistive Touch”, turn on the button.

3.Now click on the “Assistive Touch” button, select “Device” from the menu, then go to “More” to choose “Screenshot”. After that, you will hear a faint shutter noise, and the screenshot has been saved on your iPhone.
